General Policies

-The Tryon Chalet and Cabins are all NO SMOKING properties.

-We have a strict NO PARTY and NO EVENT policy at the properties.

-Sorry while we love animals, we do NOT ALLOW PETS at any of the properties.  

-We have designed the Chalet and Cabins so as to provide a peaceful and relaxing home away from home for our guests.  To that end, there is No Drug Use, Excessive Alcohol Use, Use of Firearms or Fireworks on any of the properties.

Cancellations

​

The Tryon Chalet and Cabins have a semi strict cancellation policy given many bookings are event driven and other guests will be turned away once you book.  The cancellation policy is listed on the booking site if you book through airbnb, Trip Advisor or VRBO. We try to be reasonable when circumstances merit it and if we can.

Occupancy

​

You must be at least 24 years of age to rent at The Tryon Chalet and Cabins. Guest occupancy is as listed below and is based on bed space for occupants. Guests who exceed occupancy limits will forfeit their stay.
